Requirement summary
We are a married couple looking for a fully private and furnished studio apartment or one-bedroom apartment in Barcelona for five months, from 13 December 2026 to 12 May 2027. I am a university professor and visiting researcher at CIMNE–UPC. The accommodation must be suitable for two adults and must be an entire private property, not a room or a shared apartment. Essential requirements: – Private bathroom and private kitchen – Furnished and suitable for two occupants – Double bed – Washing machine – Reliable Wi-Fi – Heating – Good condition and a quiet residential environment We would prefer utilities to be included in the rent or clearly itemised. Convenient public-transport access to UPC Campus Nord is important. Preferred areas include Les Corts, Sarrià–Sant Gervasi, Gràcia, Eixample, Sants, Collblanc, Esplugues de Llobregat and nearby well-connected areas. Please specify the total monthly rent, utilities, security deposit, agency fees and any other charges. I can provide identification and an official letter confirming my affiliation with CIMNE–UPC.
